InsiderMTB Name, Image & Likeness Release

By signing below, I grant InsiderMTB and its authorized production and promotional partners permission to photograph, record, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use my submitted name, social media handle, biographical information, race information, sponsor information, photograph, image, voice, and likeness (collectively, “Materials”).

This permission includes use in live and recorded mountain bike broadcasts, websites, social media, event coverage, press materials, advertising, and other promotional or editorial content relating to InsiderMTB, its broadcasts, events, and partners, in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without time limit.

I understand that the Materials may be edited, combined with other content, or displayed with graphics and sponsor information. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished use and understand that I will not receive payment or royalties for authorized uses.

I confirm that I have the right to provide the submitted Materials and that the information I provided is accurate. I release InsiderMTB and its authorized partners from claims arising from authorized use of the Materials, except where prohibited by law.

If I am under 18, my parent or legal guardian must sign below on my behalf. I may request that future promotional use stop by contacting InsiderMTB, but this will not require removal of materials already produced, published, or distributed.
